Formally established in the year 2007, KMS is a leader in carbon credits projects development with projects in more than 10 countries with around twenty international awards since last 10 years. KMS is looking for the following professionals to join our team as early as possible in Bengaluru as full-time employees.   • TECHNICAL, NON-AFOLU: Consultant / Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager / Manager positions in Consulting. Candidate must have a minimum of degree in engineering. Excellent technical writing skills and handling of computer are a must. Ability to learn new is important. Preparation of technical documents like Project Design Documents and Monitoring Reports pertaining to various Non-Agricultural Forest and Other Land Usage (AFOLU) Green House Gas (GHG) mitigation methodologies conforming to UNFCCC CDM / VERRA / Gold Standards etc. Preparation of technical design documents for projects such as renewable projects (wind, solar, hydro etc.), projects for renewable biomass based power projects, projects for process and utility industries, cogeneration projects, projects for energy efficiency projects (lighting, cookstoves, water purification projects), refrigeration projects, Trigeneration projects, waste heat recovery projects, projects for chemical industries conforming to the Standards pertaining to Kyoto Protocol and Paris agreement. The candidate must be technically and mathematically sound. He or she should possess good writing and reporting skills. If necessary few months of intensive orientation will be provided. Speaking, reading and writing skills in French and/or Portuguese and/or Spanish is an added advantage but not essential. Candidates with Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical) backgrounds are welcome to apply. Freshers may apply if they have relevant capabilities, hardworking attitude and long-term commitment. Number of years of experience range can be anywhere from 1 to 30 years. Salary is commensurate with qualifications, skills and experience. Prior experience in conducting and auditing of UNFCCC CDM / VERRA / Gold Standard projects is preferred but not essential. Candidate with good academic background from a reputed institute is preferred but not rigidly applied, provided the candidate is talented and fit for the position as on today. If the candidate is already having experience in carbon market in a similar role, the basic degree discipline does not matter. Expected starting salary range is around INR 3,00,000 to INR 15,00,000 per annum, but there is no upper limit set for the most deserving candidates.
  • TECHNICAL, AFOLU:Junior Consultant / Consultant / Senior Consultant positions in Consulting. Candidate must have a minimum of degree in Science or GIS/Remote Sensing. Excellent technical writing skills and handling of computer are a must. Ability to learn new is important. Should be able to prepare technical documents like Project Design Documents and Monitoring Reports pertaining to various Agricultural Forest and Other Land Usage (AFOLU) Green House Gas (GHG) mitigation methodologies conforming to UNFCCC CDM / VERRA / CCBA Gold Standards etc. The candidate must be technically and mathematically sound.  He or she should possess good writing and reporting skills. Some of the possible project activities include REDD+, Afforestation, Reforestation, tree planting, improved agriculture practices, soil carbon related etc. If necessary few months of intensive orientation will be provided. Speaking, reading and writing skills in French and/or Portuguese and/or Spanish is an added advantage but not essential. Candidates with Science (Environmental, Forestry, Agriculture, GIS/Remote Sensing) backgrounds are welcome to apply.   • REMOTE SENSING & GIS: Analyst/Expert/Senior Expert positions are available. Candidate must have a minimum of degree in Science or GIS/Remote Sensing with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in Remote Sensing & GIS domain. Must be proficient in Using Google Earth Engine, and desktop GIS software’s like QGIS and/or ArcGIS. Additional knowledge of software like ERDAS, Global Mapper or any GIS software. Should have prior experience in analyzing Land-Use, Land Cover change using satellite image such as Landsat and/or Sentinel. Good writing skills in English is mandatory. Ability to learn new is important. Salary is commensurate with qualifications, skills and experience. Expected starting salary range is around ₹3,00,000 to ₹15,00,000 per annum, but there is no upper limit set for most deserving candidates.
  • SALES & MARKETING:Executive / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager/ Manager / Senior Manager positions with proven track record in sales and marketing. Candidate with proven track record in sales and marketing. Good Communication and presentations skills are mandatory. Need to travel nationally and internationally. Number of years of experience can be anywhere from 1 to 15 years. Speaking, Reading and writing skills in French and/or Portuguese and/or Spanish is an added advantage but not essential. Basic degree in science or engineering is preferred but not mandatory. Prior experience in sales and marketing in a service organization is preferred. Salary is commensurate with qualifications, skills and experience. Expected starting salary range is around ₹3,00,000 to ₹15,00,000 per annum, but there is no upper limit set for most deserving candidates.
  • LAW OFFICER:Candidate with minimum of around 5 year’s of post-degree experience is preferred. Knowledge and experience in contracts, company laws, and general statutory and legal requirements. Speaking, reading and writing skill in French is mandatory. Speaking, reading and writing skills in Portuguese and/or Spanish is desired but not mandatory. Salary is commensurate with qualifications, skills and experience. Expected starting salary range is around ₹6,00,000 to ₹12,00,000 per annum, but there is no upper limit set for most deserving candidates.
  • IT Manager:Over all in-charge of IT infrastructure and software systems. Responsible for companywide IT functions with around 30 user’s. Experience in ERP/CRM implementation, SEO, digital marketing is an added advantage. Minimum of around 5 years of post-degree experience is preferred. Salary commensurate with qualifications, skills and experience. Expected starting salary is around ₹6,00,000 to ₹15,00,000 per annum, but there is no upper limit set for most deserving candidates.
  • HR & Administration Manager:Hands on experience in HR and Administration functions in service industry are a must. Excellent inter personal and persuasion skills are necessary. Speaking reading and writing skills in French and/or Portuguese and/or Spanish is highly useful, an added advantage but not mandatory. Salary commensurate with qualifications, skills and experience. Expected starting salary is around ₹6,00,000 to ₹12,00,000 per annum, but most deserving candidates can be offered more.
  • Operations and Client Relationships Executive/Manager: Minimum of around 2 years of similar experience is preferred. Excellent communication, inter personal and persuasion skills are necessary. Speaking reading and writing skills in French is must. Salary commensurate with qualifications, skills and experience. Expected starting salary is around ₹6,00,000 to ₹12,00,000 per annum, but most deserving candidates can be offered more.
  • Executive Assistant to CEO: Minimum of around 5 years of similar experience is preferred. Excellent communication, inter personal and persuasion skills are necessary. Speaking reading and writing skills in French is must. Speaking reading and writing skills in Portuguese and/or Spanish is useful, an added advantage but not mandatory. Salary commensurate with qualifications, skills and experience. Expected starting salary is around ₹6,00,000 to ₹12,00,000 per annum, but most deserving candidates can be offered more.
